How To Create Windowes Server Instance in AWS

1.Open Browser and login to AWS service.

2.You are now able to see AWS window. Select EC2 service.

3. Click on LAUNCH INSTANCE to create new instance.

4. Choose instance’s platform. Here Microsoft Windowes Server 2012 R2 Base is selected.

You Can Choose Any Server Operating Sstem which is provide by AWS

5. Select Instance’s Type.

Choose Your confriguration in this section.

Differant Type of instance provide you differant confriguration.

6. In next step, configure instance’s details.

Fill Detail like Network,Subnet Mask,Ip Address ,Number Of Instance etc.

7. Add storage to your instance.

AWS Provide you SSD

 

8. If you want to add tags then you can add tags. It’s not necessary. 

9. Configure Security groups. (Add protocols)

for example.i ADD  RDP(Remote Desktop Protocol) for remote access.

10. You can review your instance’s details. Now you can launch instance by clicking launch button.

 

  

11. Create a new key pair to remotely access your instance. You can use old key pair if exist. Now download key pair. It will download .pem file.

 

Key Pair is like Security key.You can genarate Windowes password using this key-pair.using that password you can access your server.

12. Now click on LAUNCH INSTANCE. You can see your instance is running.

 

  YMK_7 is my Instance.i Give a name because easy to identifie.

How to Access Your Instance Remotely.

1.For Remote Access you have to genarate Windowes Password For Login.

2.To genarate password right click on instance and select get Windowes Password 

3.after select get windowes password system ask you for Key pair path.

4.give the path of key pair which you genarate at a time to instance creation(.pem file).

5.load that file into key pair path.

6.when you load that file.some encryption is show you on screen .your windowes password is hidden behind that encryption.
 7.click on Decrypt password.

8.your userid or password is genarated.copy that password and id in one notepad file.

 
9.open Remote Desktop Connection in your main system and give ip of your aws windowes instance.

press ok.

10.Remote Desktop Connection ask for userid and password which is genarated from instance.

press ok

11.now you are entered in Windowes Server 2012.

12.you can do your work in this system .if you want to use any software like xaamp server you can simpley copy that server from main system and paste it on remotely access system.
